leoswife Beautiful scene. . Looks like my favorite Venice, but could be lovely Newport or balboa. You peaked my memories... Live with a lot of happy reveries, as can no longer travel. Do take all the wonderful adventures you can! Time goes fast. Lived in Orange County many years. The real taste of California in spades ! Glad to meet you ! Willy

anglipe @leoswife thank you for your kind words. Venice was close, this was taken at Lake Como. Traveling is something I'd love to do more. I needed to see your words as sometimes life gets too crazy and hectic to enjoy travel. I guess we must make time for it. Where are you now? I love OC, but am not married to this place as it's very $$.

leoswife @anglipe Ah, Lake Como...we missed it last time we were in Italy. We lived in Huntington Beach and Costa Mesa, then Idyllwild until husband diagnosed with Parkinson's. Weather prohibitive. Now in Oceanside, all of CA IS $. SoCal. Is loved and people sacrifice all else. If I had the money, would live in France or Italy..with how our country is turning, Europe will surpass us in ease of living, especially housing and medical care. Sad what is happening in our beloved USA, ! Pray for us 🇺🇸
