marinarossi @val10000 I just measured and it's actually a 28in waist and 33in long shoulder to hem. I think it would look great on you! I'm a little over 5'4" so not much taller than you and the length was above the knee. This dress is gorgeous and I received many compliments at the wedding I wore it once to.

amynigro You bought a burgundy sheer Free People tunic from me and opened a case against me. Can I ask what was wrong w the top? I was unaware of any problems and want to make it right. Any problems were truly an accident. I'm sorry you're not happy!

marinarossi @amynigro hey! The shirt had multiple snags throughout the tunic and a pretty big dirty spot. Looked like deodorant white stains but also greasy behind it. Also, there were multiple sequins and beads missing and lots of loose threads all over. I know I got a great deal but there were way too many flaws. Wish it wasn't so damaged as it is a gorgeous shirt. Sorry I had to open a case.

marinarossi @amynigro no, I don't want to argue about it at all. Nothing but love here. Now after really inspecting your pics I can see a lot of the missing beads, sequins, and loose threads in the pictures. I'm not upset with you about it. Sometimes you sell a lot of things and don't always take notice. I know sometimes I'm about to list and I notice something I never saw before. I understand.

amynigro @marinarossi the only thing I can see after also inspecting my photos of the top are the lines in the fabric that are meant to be in a fabric of this type. If you google dupioni silk and look at images you will see that some fabrics are meant to look this way. Maybe you are mistaking these lines in the sheer fabric as snags all over.

amynigro @marinarossi again I am not trying to argue w you, especially over an item originally priced well over $100 that was purchased for $12. But my reputation as a seller is on the line. I simply would not send a stained, snagged, damaged item to my buyer.

marinarossi @amynigro I could send pics to your email just so you have reference and I don't mind sending the item back. I wouldn't lie about the damage. As I said I wanted to wear this item as it is a beautiful top. I buy and sell on Poshmark all the time. I didn't know your reputation was on the line by filing this through Posh. It's just damaged, dirty, and missing beads and sequins as I said.

marinarossi I'm sorry you're upset. I thought this was how Poshmark wanted us to handle these situations. I honestly didn't know it would be an ordeal. At this point this whole convo is making me feel like I did something wrong for saying things were wrong with an item I purchased. I guess these issues slipped past you and that is fine. I understand. I just don't need a damaged shirt in my closet. Sorry.

Like I said I take great pride in my closet and the care I put into packing and shipping my items. Just out of curiosity was the top packaged nicely in pretty tissue w a friendly card inside the box?

marinarossi @amynigro yes, it was wrapped nicely in blue tissue paper with cute washi tape and a nice thank you card. I appreciated the thought as I always wrap my items and send cards as well. As I said, if I can give you 5 stars still I have no problem in doing that as it showed you put thought into sending and have had great customer service.
