samng55 Hello Marco, I have an email saying the package was delivered at 2:10pm and I checked everywhere and I couldn’t find it at home...I had several packages delivered but I don’t see yours...hopefully it was delivered to a neighbor and I will get it soon...sorry!

katefm66 Hi there! I just got a notification from Poshmark saying this was delivered, but I didn’t get any mail yet or packages! It’s actually way too early bc our mail comes at around 3 ish. I’ve also gone up and down our street and there are no pkgs on anyones doorstep. Do you know what we can do in this situation? TY!!

marco_hndz16 @katefm66 i think they make you wait a certain period in case post office may still have it somehow and just hadn’t left it but if not where you would accept the order it should give you an option to open up a case for a lost or stolen package and they will contact post office and wait a couple days for there process and if they find nothing out the resolution they have done in the past if compensation for both parties

katefm66 @marco_hndz16 Got it! I reported it as not received to PM. I walked up & down the street stalking my neighbors porches. My next door neighbor said there was no mail for her yet either. Anyway, I’d hope I’d it did go to someone’s home by accident that they would return it to me or usps. Thanks for your help & I’ll let you know if it shows up! I so hope so bc I love it!!
