kgwahl @goodaskerry1 Hi! The item was not listed NWT. It was described as new without tags since it had never been worn, had no marks or scuffs but didn't have the tags or original box. The description states that it needs a new battery and that when purchased, two links were removed. The links were in the pics with the listing and included in the package with the watch. I hope that answers your question. :)
