trendyjewels Hi Laura! I just noticed the pineapple pom pom isn't as nice as it was last time. I included 3 for you instead of 2, and also an extra gift. lstone37 @justme011 Hi! Sorry I missed seeing this earlier. When you've gone to look for your items, had you shared recently? If you search a category or brand, they will pull up by recency of them being shared. Try sharing those cute converse shoes, then immediately go search kids shoes, or converse and see if you can find them. Let me know how that goes.

lstone37 @justme011 Make sure it didn't default to the Women's section (mine always does that). What kind of device are you using? On mine, if I search Pink Converse, it takes me there. BUT, all the drop-downs at the top let you modify your search. Make sure it says KIDS (again, mine says Women's). Once I modified my Pink Converse search to show kids items, I found your shoes right away.

Just for your piece of mind, another place you can look is your Feed. It shows all the things that the people you follow have shared, as well as your own shares. Might have to scroll a little, but they should be there too. :)

If you have input your own sizes into your profile, the system can pre-filter your search results to show you only those sizes you’ve indicated. I think you can turn that feature off? Maybe?

I have some great ideas on gaining followers, and can tag you in some “follow games” that I’ve done. There are 2 kinds in particular...I’ll describe and you can let me know which (or both...or neither) you’d like to get in to.

lstone37 @justme011 1st kind of follow game...is just a fun little post that you “like” and then follow everyone else that has liked it also. They all follow you, as a fellow “liker” and you can gain several hundred followers per post that you join. You are building a network here...these likers may or may not be potential customers...but bottom line, it’s more people sharing your stuff out to their networks and it grows exponentially.

lstone37 @justme011 2nd kind is little more effort involved. U like &” opt in” on their post, saying U want be on their list of potential features closets each day. New closets are picked daily. U go share their items & follow their followers(who intimately may follow U back. usually about 50% will follow Uback). If you’re a featured closet, everyone shares your items, MASSIVE exposure that day. But it’s a daily thing. Takes time. I’ve gained 500 followers In 1 day doing this though.

lstone37 @justme011 oh! Gotcha. Ok. In your news feed, you can see that they added the item, right? If you tap on that item, should take you to a “bundle” screen. At the bottom, it should tell you the money details, but should have an OFFER button too. That’s were you can offer a lower amount, or shipping discount. Don’t feel obligated to offer a discount on only 1 item, but if you want it gone and are happy to take less, definitely go for it.

lstone37 @justme011 I hope I’m understanding. I first thought you wanted to combine shipping for one person wanting 2 items. Sometimes people will add an item to a bundle and just sit and wait to see if you will send them an offer. That’s why I say don’t feel obligated. Sometimes I will offer. Sometimes I won’t. To me a “bundle” means more than one item. I always send offers on 2 or more.

lstone37 @justme011 yeah. Sometimes they hit the button that says “style me”. Then I might share a few items that are similar or fit their sizes or whatever. And I agree. On a low price like $8, I usually stay firm unless bundled to $15 or more usually. The fee structure hits too hard below $15. Your prices are super reasonable already. 😊

lstone37 @justme011 you can practice on me, if you want. Pick two or more of your items and share them each to me. You can see the bundle built and check out the offer button, and even send me an offer if you want. Any items together in the bundle (think of it sort of as a shopping cart) will be all on 1 order essentially.

lstone37 @justme011 that’s so weird!! I had a girl say that one time...something she didn’t buy was showing up purchased, from my closet. The system was glitching and it cleared up. But....this might be different? do you show payment made or anything? Or did it just appear randomly? I would report it to Poshmark ASAP. On your purchase screen there should be a “help” type option to select.

lstone37 @justme011 that’s crazy!! Do you see payment taken? I’ve almost bought things on accident. Several times. if I left my app open & the screen unlocked...then put my phone in my purse or carried it somewhere in my hand. Accidentally touched the screen & clicked on an item or the “buy now” button. 😱Thankfully saw it on the purchase screen & was able to stop before actually purchased. Scary!! I hope it wasn’t something like that.
