mojy @bobbisi You may have to send a request, I never done it. But if you go to Poshmark support center then you can tell them your situation and they will respond to you through email.

bobbisi They didn’t cancel instead they say when I get the shoes I can do not as described and send back. I think that is crazy. You loose more money in shipping. Please cancel from your side Thank you

mojy @bobbisi That is crazy I was so sure you can cancel since sometimes when I want to ship the message comes and says I can’t ship for 3 hours in case buyer made a purchase by mistake. I just checked my email and they sent me an email telling me how to cancel it and I just did. This was a lesson for me, I am sorry you had to go through this. Have a great evening!!
