jessharcombe Hi Andrea! I was the one who revived the wrong Madewell jeans but I really want the right ones (size 28 skinny). I’m going to ship these back to you but what do you want me to do? Accept the order so you get payment or on you want to send me a new offer so I get the refund and then pay again for the proper pair? Please advise. fogcityfindscb @jessharcombe hi! Thanks for reaching out. I asked them too because I don’t know what happens in this case. They told me they don’t do exchanges. They are going to refund you for the wrong jeans, and if you want the ones you were initially entitled to you have to purchase them again! What a bummer eh, so sorry about that again. If you want i can just make a copy of that listing and you can decide what you want to do!! I hope that makes sense :)
