ciaofrancesca Hi - you bought the Gypsy5 sundress from me and I just saw the comment regarding stains everywhere - the dress was hardly worn and was washed again right before shipping - it’s a tie dye style material and that’s the pink/cream colour - to my knowledge there was not a single stain on that dress - so very surprised by your comment - would happily refund if that’s your preference

ciaofrancesca Hi - the dress hadn’t been worn but I washed it to be fresh - the only thing I can think of was the washing machine somehow marked it when it was washed I hung it to dry and did not see marks - but I also just washed white sheets and they were fine so mystified ?? - any way keep me posted feel badly and will refund if marks won’t come out - sincere apologies F

ciaofrancesca @lilspark55 Maybe spray it with a stain remover and let it sit before washing and definitely do not put in dryer it will set, such a shame - I have a load of whites in now so hopefully no issues

lilspark55 @avriltrends yes I received it yesterday but unfortunately I will need to return 1, armpit area on one side is almost coming off 2, there’s this gray-ish stain on front of sweater...you can even see it on your listing pics... bought something like that before from other sellers n when I washed it just got way worse so I don’t want to jeopardize

lilspark55 @avriltrends I usually do buy only NWT or NWOT- anyway I will post pics once posh lets me... like you said it seems it’s following canceled one... you can even see it on your post pics that I thought it was just lighting/shadow! Especially on white it’s very visible in person

I apologize I forgot to disclose that it had no plastic cover, however I promise you I have never used or even swatched any of the shades. I received the item in a BoxyCharm without a box or plastic cover but when I checked it over before listing and again before shipping it looked brand new. So sorry about that.
