mags1029 @jherrera911 Hi there! I have a question about the pillow balm. Has the tube ever been unscrewed/opened? I know it’s listed as “new in box” but I had an awful experience last week. I purchased one from someone advertising it as new but when I opened it the wand was covered in product to the top😱 you know how with a genuine new lip product, upon first opening there’s zero product on the top part? Sorry if I sound nutty but the one I bought grossed me out😱 Thanks so much...

liledeglace I usually get their formulas from Anthropologie who’s in a hurry to put those products on sale because they do unfortunately expire but I noticed the master mixer and myth eye shadow formula that my mother trashed before my move had a nice coconut/vanilla scent to it which finally inspired me to buy those two pricy or on-sale colors but the one you sent has a very synthetic smell so I’m wondering if it was in danger of expiring when you offered to send it to me?
