mitzadragonaga Hello, I received the pretty Locke, but as I am sure you are aware, it does not close. And there is a tension to the locket not closing, like it does not fit together. Why did you not just tell me? Or post in information? I am really disappointed, really love the front. But people buy a locket to hold pictures, it must close, that is the function. 😊🌺

kathrynewatkins @mitzadragonaga Hello! I apologize. I had the locket for a long time and I have not had a problem with getting it closed. It will stick, but if you push right it usually snaps into place. Again, I apologize that it did not get described in my post. If you would like to return the locket, Poshmark can issue you a full refund and I will take the item back and update it with that issue. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help make this experience better for you.
