sharonwallman Thank God I found you. I had to find a way to let u know...I'm a retired nurse..not an IT tech...so when it comes to this stuff.. I have nothing but trouble..So I learned to bring the shipping tag up on the laptop..only for the fricken printer...is required a new toner !! won't give 1 more piece of paper !! Library next..promise today or tomorrow...it's yours so no worries..You will get them...already packed up ready....I so apologize for the delay..
