madicakes4607 @ajstreasure hi, so I was only using posh to buy as I sell on another app. I just today made my first sale. Does it have to be shipped in a box? Most of the stuff I have purchased gas come to me in boxes. Or are the big yellow package envelopes ok to ship in?

ajstreasure @madicakes4607 everything purchased on Posh ships priority. Priority boxes and envelopes are free from USPS so that why most sellers use them, however you can put a Posh label on any packaging except for priority FLAT RATE boxes and envelopes. 💚

madicakes4607 @ajstreasure ooh, ok. I don't have a post office near by its about 30 minutes away, one way. I was just going to leave it in the outgoing mail at work. That why i wondered if it could be send in the yellow packing envelopes. We have a gazillion at work 😃.

ajstreasure @madicakes4607 do the boots weigh over 5lbs? If that’s the issue, you need to go in the app and purchase a new heavier label.

madicakes4607 @ajstreasure they do! Omg thank you! The other app I sell on has that option when your listing. Ok so do I need to tell my purchaser that the shipping has changed? Or is the difference taken from my earnings

ajstreasure @madicakes4607 girls same...lol. I sell on eeebae too and shipping is so much easier IMO. So go into your app, go to Sales, click on the sale, click on Need new label, click on need heavier weight label. Then chose the weight you need. It will come out of your Poshmark balance, but it’s going to be cheaper than purchasing additional weight at the post office.

ajstreasure @madicakes4607 is it the Dic Martens? The label upgrade is only going to be eight dollars or so. I definitely wouldn’t cancel a $60 sale over eight dollars. But that’s up to you ❤️
