alexgabby @veroniqueohana hi there I’m so sorry to hear this happened. This wallet was purchased at the Toronto bloor Hermes boutique. Perhaps they weren’t able to authenticate it because of how old it is? I believe the wallet is around 15 years old. Perhaps you could try there?
