alexandramc0214 @sheelaghgirl You can do it! I used to workout 5 days a week, 2-3 hours each day. A few months ago, my fur kid passed away and then within 3 months, 3 friends. :( I stopped working out and began to binge eat. Gained 15 - 20 lbs. I have a new fur kid now and feeling better so going to get back on the healthy eating and training. WOW! That's quite a distance for you to move! It must be exciting. :)

Moving provinces is a biggie and we're excited to be moving closer to family!

Lollipop is an Emotional Support Animal, in training. 💗🍭🐾 Good for you walking that much! Personally, my weight loss was from stopping to eat sugar and too much food.
