jodimwillis33 Received the Bumblebee helmet voice changer for my son today. Half the helmet is missing and the sounds don't work. My son is going to be very disappointed as am I considering I can find the complete, working mask online for less money than I paid.

aliciavandine @jodimwillis33 The helmet isn't missing anything. It left here fully intact, as pictured in the ad. The sound worked perfectly. I included batteries in the box for you to install on arrival. perhaps.you haven't installed them correctly.
