emilia_baptista hey i didn’t know how to reach you other wise but i bought ur demonias and when i got them the heel was loose and completely fell off after first try i if it’s ok i wanna see if i can fix them before i return them idk if that’s ok

emilia_baptista hi so update i fixed one but then the other broke on me lol :,) now i really don’t mind fixing them cause i was planning to wear these to a concert (and they’re so cute) next week and really don’t have time to find other shoes but i kinda feel paying 55 +the stuff i had to do for repairs is a bit much (i do know in the one who decided to repair and that’s on me) but is there like any way i could maybe get some money back you don’t need to at all but i thought it was worth a shot asking
