alis0001 @crazybaglady126 Hi Kim! It does have the double chains. They are like a necklace link. As with any Tiffany piece, I am confident you can wear it daily. I could also pop it up to Tiffany and get it cleaned. I just haven't had a chance to do so. It takes 2-3 days. They have a special machine they use and pieces come out great, super shiny.
