janellefaithill Hey! I think you accidentally sent one of your packages to the wrong person! I sold you the yellow alphalete hoodie and she was supposed to get the 2 pairs of leggings and bra. amsampso @amandabona hi Amanda! I sent the hoodie with the postage label sent to me by Poshmark on Dec. 1st. (Tracking #1026 1677 7202 6784) My shipping details show that the item has been delayed by Canada Post, with the most recent progress showing it was processed in Edmonton on Dec 18th.

amsampso I received the package, Amanda- but it was not what I ordered. I received a pair of pink medium-sized NVGTM leggings, when I should have received two sets of “Do you even dupe” outfits, one blue, the other pink. The tracking number on the parcel I received was #1026 1677 7201 3784.

amandabona @amsampso hi I’m so sorry! I haven’t used this much so I’m just trying to sort out the confusion as the item shipped to me was the wrong item as well so when I went to send that item back I also had my own item I was shipping and I inadvertently put the wrong label on the wrong item. The lady that ordered the pink pants has received your order, she has commented below. I’m just trying to figure out how I arrange shipping labels to you both to perform the swap.

janellefaithill @amandabona I think there an option to select on here “I sent the wrong order” and it will give you another shipping label to the people who got the wrong items! You could even email poshmark too and tell them what happened or customer support, they would probably have more info as well!
