I would not have said anything if it wasn't really important to me. is there any chance the wrong coat was sent? the one I got does look like the picture but the brand is not Rudsak but RD Style which seems to be a different brand based on their website and the material is polyurethane and not leather. there are also small marks on the inside flap of the zipper where there is slight damage to the material.

I don't want you to stress over this. I can just deal with PM directly and cancel the order and return the item to you. I'll include the garment bag in the package if it makes it here on time. I was not aware the size of the tag would matter as its never been worn and regarding the smoke smell your saying I can promise you I am 100% a non smoker and no one is allowed to smoke in my home. lizr456 Hi, so I’ve shipped your package but I put it in the mailbox on Good Friday so it may not be processed for awhile. I spoke to the post office and they said they have a bit of a pileup of packages waiting to be processed that were left in mailboxes over the long weekend. lizr456 @poshmark_tm Hi, so I phoned Canada post about the status of your package and why it hasn't been registered as 'shipped'. Apparently it is in their system and they are transporting it to you, but because I put it in a mailbox and didn't directly hand it to them they never registered it digitally, but it should be delivered on Tuesday or Wednesday (the 21st- 22nd). I'm sorry about that!
