payless2022 Hi Amy I dont have this is in a large thats my error just a medium it does have alot of stretch, the measurements are 16 inches stretches to 23 inches. would thus still work for you? if so I can send the medium or if you prefer you can send me an offer on the medium and then cancel the offer on the large. Sorry about that!
