amylaura17 @g_rand Hi Glenn, I am so sorry about the problem with your order. I was out of state most of the summer and mistakenly set my vacay mode to end on 7/20 instead of 8/20. This allowed your order to go through, but I was unable to ship until I returned to Texas this week. Please accept my sincerest apologies as this is not an example of the customer service I always do my best to provide. Thank you for considering shopping with me.
