akarpenk @jessicahome hi Jessica, I called them & created a ticket but they said the delay is due to the flooding in BC. They are saying that it is happening to almost all the packages that arrive in that area. They told me it’s not lost just delayed & it would arrive before Christmas. Either way I created the ticket to track & monitor the item. The ticket number for your reference is 143914868. Thank you

jessicahome Yes, Tony is my husband. He paid for the bag;) The parcel is arrived Richmond 2 weeks ago and stop there not move anymore. I live in Burnaby so not about the flooding I am sure. I got the same answer so I knew very well too. But Canada Post still asked me tracking by sender so I created a/c contact you. All parcels delayed here by other company such as FedEx too becoz of Black Friday sales too many parcels no time for delivery. But I still got my oversea parcel delayed for 10 days by FedEx.
