karmen3mm hi Andrea. I just wanted to reach out about the rating you gave me for the Juicy Couture watch. Your reason for giving me a 3-star rating was that the item needed new batteries. In my listing, I included in the description that “working battery not included”. Was there anything else with the order that you were unhappy about? Just want to understand because this is my first rating that is not 5 stars and did not feel I deserved it. The rating unfortunately affects my credibility as a seller
