annepastor17 @lulosclosetyyc Hi there, I have a question just sold my first item today. How does this work? Do I received a shipping label? And I would need to ship my item to my customer myself? How does this works? Please Advice, Thank you!😊

lulosclosetyyc @annepastor17 hi if you go to your orders tab. Click on the sale. Scroll down to the bottom and you will see create shipping label. Print this out. Package up your item using tissue paper, inc a thank you note wrap in a polymailer and the printed label stick on top. Take it to the post office and that’s it. 😁❤️

annepastor17 @lulosclosetyyc Can I put it in my own mailbox? instead the post office, cause doesn't the post office we need to pay to ship it out. Right?

lulosclosetyyc @annepastor17 no fees are all paid for by the buyer. Just drop it off at your post office. You can drop it in the mailbox too but the tracking of the package may take a bit longer, also you have the peace of mind that it’s been dropped off at the post office and can see the clerk scan it in 😉❤️

annepastor17 @lulosclosetyyc Okay that's great. So it's telling me to get the buyer's information: "full name, address and birth date" how can I get that? Just msg the buyer for the information? Sorry I'm asking alot of questions, I just want to make sure it gets to my customer. 😊
