The girl who was meant to get a coat received your sweater, so you will be getting her coat. reidtheroom @anitwl hey! I don’t know yet what you are suppose to do. I’m pretty sure either Poshmark or I have to pay the return shipping as it’s definitely my fault. But they haven’t gotten back to me yet. If you don’t mind holding on until I get a response from Poshmark on how to handle this situation, and we can work it out. Once again, I’m so sorry for this inconvenience!

reidtheroom @anitwl Poshmark hasn’t responded yet, but I asked a group did anyone had this happen before and they said that they will send you and the other girl a new shipping label and you will just send them to each other. That’s what someone who has had this happen before has told me. Not directly from Poshmark.

reidtheroom @anitwl Yeah, I know you can’t send it yet without Poshmark responding to send the new labels to you both so you can send them to each other. I think they’re a little backed up with their inquiries. If you can pick it up and just not open it for now, I’m just waiting for them to get back to me so we can get this sorted out. I know it’s a pain in the butt, and I’m super sorry for this mix up but Poshmark has to get involved at this point to move forward.

I have emailed Poshmark once again, but received an automated response stating that it may take up to 48 hours to get back to me as they are backed up (so that would be since last night) So if you can just hold tight for now, we will get this figured out! reidtheroom Hey, just wanted to touch base again. I see that the item still hasn’t started tracking, which leads me to believe she hasn’t shipped it even though she said she did. Poshmark got back to me, they said they emailed her to please ship, and if it’s not within a day or two you will be refunded. Im really upset as I would have hoped everyone would cooperate to rectify this mix up, and it looks like she hasn’t...
