This is the first time I have sent something that got broke along the way. And I have sent quite a few breakable items. If you contact them then you will have the correct way to handle this. annes__boutique Hey there. I have been trying my best to get this glass out to you. The crazy shipping fees are really not making much sense to get it off to you. Canada post was $44 and Purolater was $49. I have gone looking all over and the shipping fees are crazy. I do apologize to you but it just doesn’t work out for either of us. Yes we have both learned valuable lessons on this one. And let’s not let it affect our relationship I think we have built over this.please keep in touch.Anne
