annie_vi @emilyking569 hi! I believe it’s because you made a case saying it was delivered and just left me a comment but did not create a case of: sent to the wrong buyer. I verified on my end and can’t change it, can you? If you put wrong buyer then they’ll send it to you. If it too complicated and again, I’m really sorry I can ship you the shipping label for the other buyer that I had so you can send to them directly and won’t cost you anything?
