araddalili @fosterbenson hey! I sent it yesterday in the afternoon, I believe it will be shipped today morning! adjusting the belt is actually very easy. on the back side of the buckle there's a metal piece where you can open it, and then you can disconnect the buckle from the leather. then you can cut the leather to the right length and put it back in the buckle. if there's still a confusion after receiving your belt please contact me again 😊
