monicaposhetic Hi Asha. I’m really disappointed with my buyer experience Since I followed up multiple times to get the authenticity card of the Chloe bag and was promised that it would be sent but it never was. Also you had stated that you had used a ring light to take a picture of the bag however the pictures do not show the same bag one of them is the medium ELSIE model and the other one is another size.

torontobrows @monicaposhetic you never sent me a mailing address to send the card to you. And I also never advertised the card as being part of the sale. It’s been months since the sale.... And you got a $2400 bag for under $500.... not sure what else you want.

monicaposhetic @torontobrows yes I did I sent the mailing address to the email you sent me. The bag was not advertised correctly as mentioned in my previous post and when I mentioned this upon receiving the bag you accused me of using the bag and wanting to return it. I still haven’t used it and to be honest I’ve been trying to sell it even below what I had purchased it for and have not had any interest in it..

ophy5 Ok I should have take a look to the comments before my purchase. I'm really disappointed too because I payed 124$ for a fake leather jacket with fringes and I got a dress I didn't ask for instead. I showed you how to get me a return label and you stopped talking to me. I'm afraid about being scammed tbh. Can you get me the return label and refund me please ?

torontobrows @ophy5 I mentioned that you need to contact posh mark for any returns. I have no ability to make or send you a label. Sellers don’t create anything of the sort so there is NOTHING I can do in that regard. And it’s clearly stated on the listing that it’s a vegan leather jacket... your attitude is so negative it’s astounding. Simply send back the dress and then you can cancel the transaction.

ophy5 @torontobrows I sent you the process to accept the return and how I can get a return label and you didn't reply. I asked you if you had any news about the other buyer to fix the situation and then no reply again. That's why my attitude is negative. I asked to Poshmark a solution and no reply again.

torontobrows @ophy5 you’ve been rude and negative since your first message. I’ve been very responsive to you and for the last time - you have to contact posh mark. I can not initiate or process a return. Posh mark does that - I don’t even have your address or name. That’s the whole point of going through a third party - they handle this. Reach out to posh mark support again - I cannot do anything beyond messaging you the same information in this comment thread.

monicaposhetic @ophy5 don’t be so sure she will respond back to you. She’s super unresponsive and was not truthful when she sold me her Chloe purse. The listing clearly shows two different purses and she claimed she took the pictures herself.

monicaposhetic @ophy5 The purse had so many scratches on the hardware and literally a 2 year old would have done a better packaging job when shipping something. when I asked to open a Poshmark case she attacked my character by stating that I had used the purse for a night out and wanted to return it. Unfortunately, she’s not a good person. PLEASE PEOPLE DONT BUY FROM THIS PERSON!!

ophy5 @monicaposhetic Indeed she didn't replied to my pm and I'm the rude one. Poshmark sent me the return label but she could do that earlier if she took a look to the process I sent to her. I didn't received the jacket yet and tbh I'm scared about the condition after reading this...
