aslouren @bgirlbreakin ok, it’s too bad the shipping can’t just be printed and sent to that person? Maybe send me the shipping label to that person instead? And they can ship the glasses to me directly? Seems annoying to go all the way back to you to redo it.

bgirlbreakin @aslouren they were out in not a plastic case but they were placed in a protector and in a thick box and definitely protected.

bgirlbreakin @aslouren I just realized that I can’t because my address in on the shipping label and we’re in different provinces . So the best thing to do is return them, and accept your refund and I’ll send the sunglasses back to you ASAP with a discounted shipping

bgirlbreakin @aslouren they claim that they approved to return the shoes. You haven’t received any shipping label via email to return? In any case I just sent them an email regarding this. Weird because the other buyer received a shipping label to return your sunglasses back to me and it’s already ok it’s way

bgirlbreakin @aslouren what I can see is they asked you to open a “ received wrong item” case . That’s all I can see at the moment how to get a new shipping label. If you already have, Ill have to wait until POSHMARK contact me relying to my email about this issue

bgirlbreakin @aslouren this is what i see when i reply to the wrong order sent " We understand that you have accidentally sent the wrong order to the buyer. Thank you for reporting the issue. We have contacted the buyer and notified them to open a 'Received Wrong Item' case once they receive the order. Rest assured, we have a process in place to help correct the issue." there is no other action i can take, so lets hope they send you a label ASAP
