laurlucex @marsargo got this from poshmark’s website. Does it work? As a seller, you may cancel an order before it is shipped. On the app: Step 1: Click on your Account Tab Step 2: Select My Sale Step 3: Select Problems/Order Inquiry Step 4: Select Cancel Order Step 5: Select reason for cancellation to cancel the order.

rosetattoo81 I don't recommend this seller, and I'm not sure how she's a poshmark ambassador. I made the mistake of purchasing a pair of doc martens from her, and she never shipped them or respond to any of my messages about the shipment status, or if she would just cancel the order. I had to wait 8 days before poshmark would let me cancel. I'm sorry, but if your selling on here the least you can do is ship out the items people pay you money for, or if there is an issue, have the courtesy to respond

I live in Northern California and the wild fires here have been so bad the air quality is considered toxic and I have a baby who got sick from the air. Again I am so sorry for the inconvenience and delay.
