astridjkeating @fessdane hi there. Yes, I had mentioned in the description that there was a small scratch on the front but it doesn’t affect the video quality. I removed my account from the device, so it should no longer be on there. Try the set up support with the app, it helped me set up. Also found it needs strong wifi signal. If you have further problems, don’t hesitate to message me.
