Hi! I was just going through my sales and realized I had a 3 star rating from you for “packing” but no comment about it. I hope the dress arrived okay! When you have a minute, would you mind updating with what I can do to improve? I’ve never received a 3 star rating before and definitely want to know if there’s anything I can do to avoid a packing mishap in the future! Thanks!

@andescloset91 she just gave me a 2 star rating for something that was untrue. I always receive 5 star ratings. Seems like she is very shady.

@aprocter I wouldn’t stress about it. One bad rating won’t affect your average. 🙂 Some people are just particular and there’s nothing you can do about it! (I lost stars for not prepackaging in a plastic bag. No one else has ever complained about my simple/eco-friendly packaging, so I can live with it!)

@andescloset91 The item was not packed on a zip bag and it was ripped open. on one side. It was a miracle it didn't get dirty.

@beaticacaye Yikes.. very lucky! Maybe you've already started doing this, but whenever you buy something on here, you should just ask the seller to put items in a bag for you before shipping since your mail carrier is rough with packages. I know many sellers, myself included, try to avoid any unnecessary packaging that just become more waste, but if a buyer makes a request, I'm happy to comply!
