Hey! I’m so sorry it didn’t turn out the way you wanted. However, when I shipped the package, it was perfectly fine. The watch was working perfectly. I’m not sure if it got tossed around during the shipping process. :( I tried my best to wrap it up nicely to prevent damage, but I guess it wasn’t enough. I hope it all worked out fine now!
