bev1031 @chsams I am sorry you are unhappy with your purchase. I wouldn’t have sold an item and claim it’s in EUC if I didn’t think it was. I would’ve happily accepted a return on this item, but PM felt I was honest. When I packed it into the bag, it was so fluffy I had to put lots of pressure on it to smash it down enough to fit. Maybe it’s a matter of perception? Everyone perceives things so different. Again, I am sorry you are unhappy with your purchase. Thank you for reaching out.
