bhawna24121992 @suny7 Thé dress was completely packed properly with a thank you note and I have the proof of it being packed in it’s pristine condition. It is evident that you wore the dress on your birthday on Friday (as you mentioned to ship it sooner) when it reached on time and damage was done when it didn’t fit properly(explains missing clasp). I was open to have it returned to me but as per Poshmark the return wasn’t registered by 72 hours time frame. Please ensure to check the facts before blaming.
