holly935 My apologies if your order was not what you expected. I wrapped it as best as I could i even put bubble wrap to protect it from breaking. As per the pictures in my closet it was very clear there was a crack on the item that was repaired. If you ever have any questions about one of my items that you are interested in please ask before purchasing. I do not agree with the rating you provided. My items are always carefully wrapped and a lovely thank you note is included in every package.
