vipsales2022 @bonbonbpb hi Bonnie, yes there’s support you just go to your profile and there’s guidelines as to how to get your closet started. . To follow you can do it a number of ways, bottom of your screen you’ll see SHOP, click on shop and when viewing an item at the top you’ll see a profile of a person that owns that closet click on their profile then you just click on follow,

vipsales2022 @bonbonbpb The more you follow the more exposure you’ll get for your closet. You can also click on Followers and it will show you who is following you and then you can follow them.. when in your closet at the bottom of your screen you’ll see NEWS

vipsales2022 @bonbonbpb the purchaser pays for shipping and poshmark takes 20% from every item you sell. For example if you list an item for $20.00 they take $4.00 plus tax from a 20.00 dollar sale you end up with just over 15.00

daisysdreams @vipsales2022 yes, it’s all very helpful. Do you only see things in your newsfeed from the people you follow? Still not clear on how I followed people but that’s great. How come some items have two prices, one being zero? I see you shared my item twice-I think. Is it showing up twice? It says I have two Listings but I only listed the vest. However, maybe I listed it twice….I live in Alberta, just outside of Calgary.

daisysdreams So is it possible to change the shipping charge? For example, it’s not going to cost 13 dollars to ship a small tank top. It can fit in a small Canada post envelope.
