closetcleatout1 Hi Brett! As I was packing your order I noticed that I miss calculated the clips on the hair extensions! I have 1x4 clip, 2x1 clip and (this is the one I got wrong >>) 1x2 clip and 1x3 clip. It’s still half the package, it’s actually more than half the package. Please let me know if you would like this split so I can ship them out to you! :)

closetcleatout1 @brettcaseymagee hi Brett, sure But I honestly don’t think you’re going to use all of them at the same time. It is a lot of hair!! If anything you will use the four clips, one of the two clips and two of the one clips. The four clips goes in the back center and you can use the one clip on the sides. That’s usually how it’s done.

brettcaseymagee Or if your willing to provide either swap out with me and give me 2 of the 2 clips and you keep the 3 clip one so you would have two 3 clips for your half or vice versa.

brettcaseymagee What is the plan? From what I understand by what your saying is that you shipping one less weft then what was advertised when I purchased. What I’m insisting is done is that you ship 2 wefts of the same width whether it is a 2 clip or a 3 clip. So I am expecting to receive now based on what you said one 4 clip weft, two one clip wefts and EITHER two 2 clip wefts or 2 three clip wefts. This is still resulting in one less weft then what the ad originally said

Please let me know if you would like to cancel and I will gladly cancel. If you’d like to keep it, I will ship it as soon as possible. In the original listing I mistook a 3 clip as a 2 clip. It will get confusing if I try to explain it but the above is what you will be receiving. Thank you!

brettcaseymagee @closetcleatout1 Where I am confused is you said you mistook a 3 clip for 2 clip which would be fine with me. But what your saying your giving me is one less piece. The ad said 3x3clip now your saying 1x3clip and 1x2clip so it’s one less piece. The picture in your ad, is that exactly what I’m getting or did you remove one weft? If you are give me exactly what your photo showed on the ad and you just described it wrong so 6 weft in total go ahead and ship. @closetcleatout1

Gotta be honest though if you have what you photographed there is no reason you can’t provide it. I’m fine with the mistake on wording but you won’t acknowledge it’s one less piece of hair weft then what you said in ad and what photos showed.
