Hey, Brittney. I tried to respond to you, but the seller has blocked me, hahah. If the blanket comes, it will be obvious that it’s a fake: poor stitching, all the same material when it should be wool and cashmere, there’s a stain, missing the Hermès tag. If the item has not yet been sent, see if you can cancel the order. If not, just report it when it arrives. It is definitely the same blanket that was sent to me, because I sent it back and was refunded!

@chanellogirl i messaged support and they said I have to wait 2 more days before I can cancel- I emailed them a Number of times with my concerns but didn’t hear back yet… sellers ignoring me, didn’t even mail it yet

She ignored me, too! In the comments and in the private messages! I even threatened to report her and still received nothing. I just reported the closet and the item again. Maybe try that? Hopefully you can cancel in the next 2 days and just be done with her. So sorry you’re dealing with this!

It… then she shipped it.. now my cancelation was reversed and I have to wait for it… it’s going to be the same blanket you had from her and reported. Now I have to go through the process !! Urg

My notes: Incorrect material on the H patterns (should be cashmere - the entire blanket is the same material). Colour poking through on the corner (should be entirely black). Stained (and not listed). Pictures are not of actual item, but taken from elsewhere.

Missing Hermès tag (the one that provides brand information and the blanket composition). Area of strange/stitching (poor quality, rather than seamlessly done). Incorrect colour. This is black, and Hermès sells dark grey (looks black in photos, but grey in person).
