eurogirl036 hi, I purchased socks yesterday but apparently my bank emailed me that I used an old card one they have sent a replacement for already. I would like to redo the order or update the payment method I'm unsure how. thanks

chasidyylynn @eurogirl036 I am not sure of the exact answer but you may just be able to go into your payment methods and add a new card. The funds are not released to the seller until you receive your order and approve it. So you probably haven't been charged for anything just yet. Try that. You could aslo contact customer support and explain what you did to me and they should be able to help you. I will get your socks shipped in the meantime 🙂
