brynfraser @tiffanygems Hi Tiffany! Do you know why the baby insert on the jacket doesn't seem to fit properly? It has an extra 1/2" of zipper that sticks out at the top, almost as if it is supposed to fit a longer/larger coat?

tiffanygems @brynfraser hey Bryn. If I’m thinking of the right thing, it’s actually a flap that you can either fold down to let baby peek out or zip over. I know the insert is correct tho as there wasn’t any “extra part” when I tried it. Let me see if I can find a YouTube video on it?

tiffanygems Actually sorry, the more I think about it the more I’m confused by what part you’re talking about? The top zippers up all the way if you want leaving a hole for the baby’s head to pop out. But I wore mine in a way where I just folded down the flap. I have mine in storage at the moment so I can’t try on right now but I remember tucking it cuz I was always too warm to zip up the full neck part...

tiffanygems @brynfraser if you look at the center image of the listing pics, you can see the tag of the back of the coat showing through the peep hole for where the baby’s head would show through with the insert zipped all the way up.
