lfmcc Hi - I think the scent on the puffer is from The Laundress detergent. You could try running it through the wash without detergent and hang dry.

lfmcc @cjhayes42 The Laundress is a very heavy scent - I stopped using it because of this. I washed that coat in the spring before putting it away. BTW if you like US clothing, there is a great group on FB (unless you are already a member) for resale. I hope you enjoy the coat!!
