leannebedard @carlagreening Hi, you had purchased the Tiffany daisy key pendant from me. I’m sorry that the package was damaged. I don’t understand what happened. It should have been inside a Tiffany box with bow and wrapped in tissue paper inside the shipping box. I know that the shipment was delayed, and maybe it got damaged in transit. I hope that you enjoy the item just the same.

carlagreening @leannebedard hi Leanne. The pendant is beautiful. I just wanted you to be aware. I usually put the entire box in bubble wrap so the packaging doesn’t come undone during transit. The pendant was under the flap on the bottom of the box.
