carolguest @goodforless7 just checked the faq, they should send you a prepaid shipping label via your email. That should contain all the info you will need.

carolguest @goodforless7 Have a look at the frequently asked questions, they have a pretty good explanation for shipping ect You should have received a shipping label via email. That should be affixed to the package you are sending. I haven’t sold anything through here so canning be certain what everything looks like, sorry.
