ughustine @carolynwright01 the line in does not work on both ears , audio only plays out of one side when plugged in. I’ve tested with multiple aux cables and devices. Did you test this before ?

ughustine @carolynwright01 hi if you could provide me with the proof of purchase so I can determine if the product is still under warranty I’d really appreciate it. I’ve contacted B&O support and they may be able to repair it but we’re just missing the POP / SERIAL #
