@shans61 no it's all good! I'm sorry it went through all of this. both new and learning :) my daughter loves the boots and they are in great condition! no worries at all! I don't have a lot posted but going to try and get up and running sometime..most of mine will be kids! sorry that this came across so harsh, I feel terrible!

@cplug oh my goodness do not feel bad I’m the one that feels terrible. Things have been a little wild Here and I was rushing to send it because it said I had 3 days and I just grabbed them packed them. I feel absolutely terrible. I insist. !!

@shans61 aww no not at all! there were ones in terrible condition asking the same price. no worries at all, I am normally very empathetic and I read my message again as feel like it was a lot harsher then I meant it to be, and I never wanted a refund on them at all. lessons learned...I've also never shipped myself so I'm sure I'll go through those struggles myself. thanks so much! like I said she absolutely loves the boots :)
