greenrugg @cconkling So sorry to hear that!! What’s the problem? I don’t know how to do a return with Poshmark, but I think you can open a case if something is defective. Another option would be for me to send you another item from my closet to compensate you. I’m open to ideas, I always look things over, but these weren’t worn so I just shipped them out!

cconkling hi cathy please bear with me i'm new here (you were my first purchase) and i'm not sure how this works. plus the kids just got home for summer vacation so i'm dealing with that too! i'm totally ok with working together. i love the earrings but the hook that goes in your ear snapped off when i took them out of the packaging. i can try to glue it or see if you have another pair to purchase.

greenrugg @cconkling No problem! But if you want to open a case with Poshmark, you would want to do that right away, and no hard feelings. I think if something arrives not as described (broken) they will refund your money. But if you want, I will be happy to post some other earrings I've been meaning to list, and you can message me if you like any of them instead. Or let me know if you have any interest in the Free People top I have listed.
