catnipola Hi Catherine - I tried messaging you via our sale, but the link is closed due to the inquiry. My husband (Supervisor for Canada Post) checked the internal Canada Post tracking information and indeed it looks like it has been lost in the system. The package seems to move back and forth between Quebec and New Brunswick and was last scanned in Randin, Quebec and does not show any further scanning. It is a shame to loose such a lovely item but it may still turn up eventually.

They’ve done that in the past and It wasn’t our fault it was lost :) Thanks for looking into the tracking, I also did that on this end. Hopefully it eventually makes its way here :)
