yul2yvr @chantillylac284 the order has been cancelled so I don’t think you can use that shipping label. I think you are going to have to relist the shoes and I would have to buy it again. Then you should get a new label to print out.

chantillylac284 hey I'm having problems with the label. I went to ship it and they won't accept it because the weight is more then posh park allowed. do you know how to get a change in weight from poshmark?

yul2yvr @chantillylac284 that’s really strange. I thought the allowable weight was 5kg. Can you contact poshmark support.

yul2yvr I looked it up on the FAQ section and it’s 2.5kg max (wow im surprised they’re weigh that much) and the instructions on how to adjust it is also included in that section.

yul2yvr Your experience at the post office sounds awful! I don’t know why they gave you such a hard time. I’ve never had an issue at mine and I’ve shipped a box of heavy books through Poshmark. I’m really disappointed - I missed all the Black Friday sales on these shoes:(but I understand and appreciate you trying.
